Credit card payment, and online security


You may pay for orders placed on this site with any of the major credit cards, and also a PayPal account.



Lunt Silversmiths employs the highly secure PayPal transactional environment for processing your payments. Along with their popular proprietary payment system, PayPal is also an accredited and secure gateway for processing all major credit cards. They have extensive ecommerce experience. Your personal billing information requested at checkout is recorded only within their ultra-secure financial institution, and this personal information will never be sold or transferred to anyone.

Purchases of $2000 or more

We take the additional security precaution of limiting the chargeable amount  on any one online transaction to $2000. If your purchases exceed that amount, please contact us so we can personally enter your order through our secure Virtual Terminal. It's easy, secure, and is additional protection for you against credit card fraud.

Sales Tax

We must charge sales tax for orders delivered to MA and CA.


Shipping Options

We offer three flat rate shipping options, and use UPS exclusively for delivering your orders. The three options are Ground, 2nd Day, and Overnight. Upon checkout and zip code entry, your order is calculated first for the least expensive Ground shipment. You may then choose faster delivery options if you wish, and your order will automatically recalculate to reflect your choice.


Shipping lead times

In some cases, particularly involving large items, complex engraving jobs, or high multiples of sterling flatware settings, we might need extended lead times to fulfill your orders. Our customer service department can supply you with accurate timelines for shipping expectations. In some cases, good things take a little extra time. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Return policy

Up to 30 days from shipment of your order we will gladly issue a refund or exchange if for any reason your purchase is defective or not up to your expectation. Please contact us via any of the channels below and we will arrange for Return Authorization and act on your request promptly.
